Best Poster Contest
The ISTFA 2026 Best Poster Contest celebrates excellence within the technical programming and recognizes the outstanding research, innovation, and presentation skills demonstrated by this year’s poster presenters. The contest provides attendees with the opportunity to engage directly with authors, explore cutting-edge developments in the field of failure analysis, and help recognize the conference’s most exceptional poster presentations.
Voting will take place during the Poster Reception, where conference attendees are encouraged to visit the posters, interact with presenters, and cast their vote for the poster they believe best demonstrates technical merit, clarity of presentation, and overall impact.
At the conclusion of the voting period, the top two posters will be recognized with the following awards:
- First Place: Commemorative plaque and complimentary full conference registration for ISTFA 2027
- Second Place: Commemorative plaque
All eligible poster presenters are automatically considered for the Best Poster Contest unless otherwise noted. Winners will be notified and announced at next year’s conference. We encourage all attendees to participate in the voting process and help recognize the exceptional work being presented by their peers.
Student Poster Contest: If the Student Poster Contest does not receive the minimum number of qualifying entries, eligible student posters will automatically be included in the Best Poster Contest and will compete alongside the general poster presentations.
